Shipping costs cannot be refunded.  Please note that all rings, custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, an A.P.O. or F.P.O. address or U.S. territories. Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.
